Changespirators' philosophy is that life in all its aspects is always in motion and is constantly renewing and developing. What no longer functions properly is released; what still functions is included in the new. That only works if you allow the movement and facilitate the latter, we have 4 actions that take place at the same time: to relax; to breathe; get into your feelings and have your attention free. We call this Deditating! Deditation is the opposite of meditating. Meditating comes from the Latin word Meditatio which literally means pondering, reflecting or inward. Deditating comes from the Latin word Deditio meaning to surrender. Real change comes about when you can surrender to the Life Force.

Changespirators facilitates this process. In essence, everything is already there so we don't use roadmaps or therapies. We do not start from problems but from "Who you really are". We do this for individuals as well as for groups in teams, municipalities or companies.
